ERIKS Acquires Industrial Rubber and Supply of Savannah, Inc.

Alkmaar, Netherlands March 9, 2012 - ERIKS, an international industrial service provider offering a wide range of high-quality mechanical engineering components, announces the acquisition of Industrial Rubber and Supply of Savannah, Inc. (IR&S). IR&S is a distributor of fabricated industrial rubber products and related services and is located in Savannah, Georgia, United States. IR&S' primary end markets are power generation and paper mills. IR&S generates an annual sales level of approx. USD 1.5 million with 5 employees. This acquisition will support Lewis-Goetz's efforts to increase its expansion joint business and will also expand its relationship with customers in the power generation and pulp and paper industries.
