ERIKS Acquires Carolina Control Depot
Alkmaar, Netherlands March 7, 2012 - ERIKS, an international industrial service provider offering a wide range of high-quality mechanical engineering components, announces the acquisition of Carolina Control Depot (CCD). CCD is a North Carolina based distributor of HVAC Controls. CCD will integrate operations with Industrial Controls to serve the North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia markets, and will complement Industrial Control's existing network of 18 branches and build upon the existing instrumentation, valve and industrial component business in the Southeast region. The addition of CCD will provide Industrial Controls with an exceptional platform to broaden its HVAC product offering and increase its customer base. CCD generates an annual sales level of USD 5 million with 8 employees.
