Appointment of chairman executive board ERIKS nv
Alkmaar, Netherlands March 30, 2011 - Jan van der Zouw, CEO of ERIKS, has informed the supervisory board of his wish to end his career as
CEO of ERIKS mid 2011. The supervisory board has appointed Johan Sleebus (41) as chairman of the executive board of ERIKS nv as per 1 July 2011.
Following his studies in Applied Economics at the University of Antwerp, Johan Sleebus started working for Baudoin nv as sales & marketing manager. In 2004, he was appointed managing director of Baudoin, one of the biggest operating companies within ERIKS. In the beginning of 2010, he was appointed as member of the executive board of ERIKS nv.
